Our team brings together experience across commercial real estate, development, marketing and transaction management, giving clients a well-rounded perspective at every stage. With four of our five team members raised in the Sandhills, that experience is backed by a genuine understanding of the communities and market we serve. While commercial real estate is our primary focus, we also provide residential representation for select buyers and sellers.
Founder & Principal
BLAKE WEBB
Blake Webb brings 15+ years of real estate experience and deep local knowledge to his role as founder of Canopy Real Estate Group. A Moore County native, his background in site selection and due diligence for a regional developer gives him firsthand insight into how investors and developers evaluate opportunities.
Specializing in commercial real estate throughout Pinehurst and the Sandhills, Blake works with business owners, developers and investors across retail, office, land and investment properties, while also representing select residential buyers and sellers. His approach is straightforward, strategic and grounded in a strong understanding of the local market.
A former teacher and graduate of Western Carolina University and UNC Pembroke, Blake values clear communication and lasting relationships. Outside of work, you’ll find him cycling, working out or spending time in the mountains or at the beach with his wife and two daughters.

Finance Director
KELLY ASHBY
Kelly Ashby brings over 30 years of experience in bookkeeping, account management, and financial operations to Canopy Property Management. With a degree in Business Administration, she owns an established bookkeeping company and previously served as Finance Director in government contracting, holding a national security clearance.
At Canopy, Kelly oversees financial reporting, recordkeeping, and accountability for property owners, tenants, and the company. A lifelong North Carolina resident, Kelly values strong relationships, attention to detail, and time spent with her husband and two grown daughters.
Marketing & Brand Strategist
LEAH DANAK
A Pinehurst native, Leah Danak brings a background in brand marketing and real estate to Canopy Real Estate Group. With a Master’s in Brand Marketing from Auburn University and experience in both real estate and mortgage lending, she brings a well-rounded perspective to the team’s marketing and brand strategy.
Leah enjoys spending time with her family, yoga, traveling, and supporting local businesses that make the Sandhills area such a special place to call home.

HAYLEY CLARK
Hayley Clark is the Office Manager at Canopy Real Estate Group and a Pinehurst native. A graduate of UNC Wilmington with a degree in Business Management, she keeps the day-to-day details moving from client communication and scheduling to transaction coordination and listing management.
Outside of the office, Hayley enjoys running, traveling and spending time at the beach- a favorite that stuck with her from her years living in Wilmington.
Transaction Coordinator
JORDAN WHITE
As Transaction Coordinator for Canopy Real Estate Group, she keeps the details organized and transactions moving smoothly from contract to closing. With a background in property management and administrative operations, she brings a strong focus on organization, communication and client experience.
Originally from Utah, she’s a mom of four who enjoys yoga, traveling and spending time with family and friends. Her love of adventure started early, including nine months spent living in Australia after high school.
